Late Arrivals

In order to respect each other’s time, we kindly ask for you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you know you are running late, please give us a call and notify us of that.

Last Minute Cancellations

We know that emergencies do happen and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us with as much advance notice as possible.

No Show

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make it to your appointment.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and even though we do not offer refunds on hair services, if you notify us during or within 3 days after your service of your un-happiness, we will do our best to correct the situation.
